What does 'natural nail care only' mean?
Our service menu focus is to maintain and/or restore health to your natural nails so they grow to your personal full potential. Unlike other salons, we work by hand. We DO NOT use efiles to rush our work. Developed by proven healthier results, we perform highly effective deep cleaning of your hands & feet with our unique waterless method. My nails are currently short, do you apply extensions for my nails to appear longer?
No, we will NOT perform services that will continue to damage your natural nails. We DO NOT work with acrylics, extensions, press-ons, and/or toxic products that superficially disguise your true nail damage. We instead repair your nails' health from within, so that you may grow your own healthy nails to their full potential. Please review the various Severe Nail Treatments noted on our menu for specialize care.
How long do the treatments last?
Everyone's results are different if repairing damaged nails. Treatments optimally set at either 1-week, 2-week, and 4-week intervals. We will communicate your unique treatment series and monitor results. There are NO MAGIC PILLS, we are a team, the more you adhere to best practices and stay the course, the faster the improved outcome. We promise to do our part each session by giving you the foundation for healthier hands & feet. For those who DO NOT have nail & skin issues - great, our techniques will just maintain your natural nails while continuing to enjoy manis/pedis services.
How do I make an appointment?
No walk-ins. No groups in Salon. This is a one-on-one service salon suite. Due to high demand, all clients are requested to create a booking account and successfully make at least your first appointment in order to familiarize yourselves with the full menu, maintain control of schedule changes, company policies, and receive important service notices. This can be easily done using the various Booking Buttons, Client Log In Tabs available on this website.
I am looking for a service that does not appear on the menu, what do I do?
Our service menu was created to maintain the health of your hands & feet while offering the latest in nail & skin care, gels, and polish...so if it is not listed, we do not perform it. There is nothing "quick" or "regular" about keeping the hands & feet healthy under your chosen polish/gel for a lifetime of enjoying nail trends. We service by the hour & by appointment only.
